We are looking for our client, an OTA developer with one month contract initially corresponding to the requirements below:

The client wishes to have a sophisticated app on the sim card that will include various call triggers to be used in various scenarios (direct calls, callback, callthrough etc).

In addition multiple IMSIs are supported on the sim.

The project consists in building a solution that will allow the client to change settings in the STK app (change call trigger, change IMSI etc) via OTA SMS. This will happen several times per day for each user, automatically based on different parameters. Therefore it is very important that the OTA platform can be addressed via an API.

Some more traditional OTA actions will also be performed such as loading phone books or configuring GPRS settings in phones.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of building OTA platforms.
