This option is most suitable for large-scale, more complex projects when the scope, specifications and implementation plans are not so easy to define at the start of the project. In this case, our clients will be charged on the basis of the resources and time utilised to complete the project. This approach is more suited when the specifications and design are prone to modifications, for example to suit projects that need to be revised with upcoming market trends.
